Explain the Story Behind Your Blog Name:
My blog name is a play on words. My A-Muse-Ing life was created to sound like My amusing life, but use the word muse. A muse is defined as “As a verb, to muse is to consider something thoughtfully. As a noun, it means a person — especially a woman — who is a source of artistic inspiration. ” My blog is a mixture of fictional stories, real-life situations, thoughts, and poetry, as well as writing prompts. It is meant to both entertain and express my ideas and thoughts. Thus the name, My A-Muse-ing life, instead of just My Amusing Life.
